How do I track my order?
Go to Track Order and enter your Order ID and billing email. If your order contains items from different Sellers, you may receive multiple parcels and tracking numbers.
Why did I receive multiple parcels?
JY Store is a marketplace. Items from different Sellers may be shipped separately with different couriers and delivery times.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
First, check the latest tracking. Then confirm your delivery address and phone number. If the parcel shows no movement for an extended period, contact the Seller or our Support for help.
Can I cancel an order after payment?
Cancellation depends on the Seller’s processing status. If the order has not been processed or shipped, the Seller may be able to cancel. Once shipped, the return process (if eligible) applies.
How long does a refund take?
After approval (and return verification if required), refunds are typically processed within 7–14 working days, depending on payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
Are digital goods refundable?
Digital goods (codes, PINs, vouchers, top-ups) have limited eligibility due to their nature. Refunds may be considered only in verified cases such as non-delivery or Seller error, subject to evidence and verification.
I received a damaged / wrong item. What should I do?
Contact the Seller (and/or Support) within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging, courier label, and item condition. Unboxing video is strongly recommended.
How do I become a Seller on JY Store?
Visit Vendor Registration and submit your shop details for verification. Once approved, you can list products and manage orders from your Seller dashboard.
